Having completed my Level 1 & 2 baby yoga training in April 2012 with Birthlight, who are the forerunners in the holistic approach to pregnancy and early years development, I remain a member of the Birthlight family and have been offering classes to new babies and their parents and carers since this time.

There is no better testament to how much these classes are enjoyed than the fact that many people book onto further sessions and come back years later with their next babies!

Testimonials

"Baby Yoga is a lovely class. I've enjoyed attending with both my children. It's nice to meet other Mums and have a gentle re-introduction to exercise, whilst baby benefits fro better sleep"

"Katie is friendly and welcoming and understanding to the needs of a new Mum. Once I had my second child she still welcomed us all back to yoga and now we enjoy it together. It's one of the only classes that cater for Mums and babies together"

"Fantastic! for mums and babies. Katie is really welcoming. We enjoyed it so much we signed on for the follow on course. The class is great for meeting new mums and sharing experiences"

"I started coming to baby yoga when my daugheter was around six weeks old. Felicity really enjoys the songs and the moves and we do a lot of it at home too. I love having something different and interactive to do with my baby and also enjoy meeting the other mums and the relaxation time! The classes are really flexible so if the babies need to eat or sleep its fine." - Louise and Felicity Purvis

"A relaxing baby class with focus on both babies and mums. A great opportunity for quality bonding time"
